PILATES - 50-minute and 80-minute format class options.
PILATES group class using the Proformer™ or Megaformer.  Each students gets their own reformer style machine. Full body workout by incorporating the key principles of Pilates (correct postural alignment, breathing practice, centering and engaging the core, concentration and precision of controlled movement and increased flexibility) and blending them with muscle dynamics for a high intensity workout.

PILATES FORM - 50-minute PILATES Pilates group class using the Proformer™ or Megaformer.  Ideal for beginners or experienced students looking to perfect technique. Each students gets their own reformer style machine.  The class is designed to teach you the fundamentals of PILATES (language, movements, breathing and body alignment).

PILATES: ABS & STRETCH -  50-minute PILATES Pilates Class group class using the Proformer™ or Megaformer. Each student gets their own reformer-style machine. This class focuses 25 minutes of core-strengthening abdominal workout and a 25 minutes of stretch, increasing flexibility and range of motion.

REV – 45-minute and 80-minute options
Group Indoor Cycling class on the Schwinn Evolution Indoor Cycling Bike. A high-energy/low impact workout, and the perfect cardio-workout to complement your PILATES routine (burning between 400-600 calories in 45 minutes). 

PILATES PLUS REV - 50-minute and 80-minute options
PILATES Pilates Plus group class using the Proformer™ with integrated Indoor Cycling training workouts. Burn calories and burn fat – get the best of both worlds and the most for your effort with this winning combination: calorie-burning cardio along with PILATES Pilates-based toning. For faster results than Pilates or just cardio alone, this combo workout can help you sculpt your body AND burn fat! For all fitness levels – students are encouraged to workout at their own pace. Each workshop ends with a deep-stretch session to help increase flexibility and range of motion, for developing long-lean muscles.  

PILATES and REV (ON DEMAND) - 50-minute PILATES or 45-minute REV classes. A minimum of 5 students need to be registered 12-hours prior to class start-time; otherwise this class will be cancelled.

REV | STRETCH | ROLL - 30-min Indoor Cycling Class with a session focused on increasing flexibility, range of motion and Foam Roll techniques.
