Pilates Plus DTLA is nestled in the heart of Downtown LA’s Historic Core district within walking distance to the Fashion District, Financial District, Arts District/Little Tokyo and the epicenter of LA – LA Live/Staple Center.
Pilates Plus Long Beach can be found in the center of Downtown Long Beach’s dining and entertainment district. We are within blocks from the Aquarium of the Pacific and the Long Beach Convention Center. This studio carries Sebastien LaGree’s newest reformer – the Megaformer for a dynamic, full-body workout and the Schwinn IC Revolution Indoor Cycling bicycles.
We offer a myriad of intimate group classes, private and chartered sessions 7-days a week for both SPX and indoor cycling. Our instructors specialize in catering to each person’s needs and keeping workouts fun in a nurturing environment.
